We live in a high-rise and although our balcony is larger than most, we still don't have a lot of room for furniture. This set is perfect for our space and is of very good quality for the price. I have no mechanical skills, yet was able to put it together myself with little trouble (well....after I remembered I wasn't supposed to tighten the bolts as I put them on, but to leave them loose until they were all in... I suspect that may have been the problem for the other reviewer who said he/she had alignment and wobbliness issues). I also am *so* happy the chairs both swivel and rock. Woohoo! My only complaint is that the cushions don't tie to the chairs. That means we can't leave the cushions outside, but have to bring them in with us each time we come indoors - else some neighbor(s) down the block would almost certainly end up enjoying them instead of us (the trade-off for the view from the 34th floor - killer winds).

We purchased this with the 6 pc love seat set (we similarly reviewed it). Lazy Boy could do a lot to make the assembly experience a lot better. It takes considerable more time to assemble than we expected and there are a number of alignment and fit issues that 1) make it tough to assemble, and 2) still havent got all the pieces to sit flat (they teeter a bit). There are a lot of fasteners and caps to assemble but no extras, so if you drop one through the deck slats it basically means a trip to Home Depot (maybe put down a sheet or something). The weave is loose in a lot of places, covering the screw holes, which compounds the alignment issues basically making it a two person, multi-hour job.The pieces look nice but don't sit/feel as well as we had hoped- closer to the chain store quality, definitely not premium quality. We'll likely trade up next season. For the price, it wasn't the Lazy Boy quality that we had expected from our interior furniture purchases.
